sorry if its a repost - I've been reading XViper's posts after installing my CAI today and noticing the intake pipes are quite hot...

Anyone try any of their products?

making my own ghetto one, i got like 6ft of thermal wrap for $20. i bought some 3m thermal tape and zip ties. going to be installing tonight and tomorrow. i've hear that it makes a difference in the temp in the pipe.

I have noticed a cummulative improvement in hot weather performance from my cooling mods, but it is impossible to say what did what.
