Interior lights wont turn off when closing doors
Hi, Just bought a 2002 S2000 and here are the two (minor) problems the car have:
Interior lights wont turn off when I close the doors. Am I missing something? I made sure the switch is in the middle position but it act the same as the ON position (OFF position works and the two switch on the lights works too).
What should I check/test? The doors contacts seems to work since the red door light comes on when I open the doors.
-The AC/Heat air blower make a kind of grinding noise. Is it something I can replace myself? What part should I look for?
THANKS for helping a newbie like me.

There is a small button on driver side door space near lock hook that is pressed when door is closed and not pressed when opened. Not sure if its connected but, try to check it out.
I decided to take the interior lights unit apart and here is how the contacts looked like:
After I cleaned with metallic brush:
Works perfect now!
Process took me 15min and saved me time and $$$
