Intermittent dome light
Hardly "technical", but..
If you notice your dome light acting intermittent, take apart the assembly so you can get at the 3-way sliding switch. There are two contacts in there with tiny springs underneath. Clean the contacts and re-stretch the springs out and all will be well.
