Intermittent fire w/ no start
Just put in a new motor. While installing I noticed the Crank Angle Sensor was a bit nicked, like it got hit by the timing chain in the previous motor, but I stuck it in anyway. When testing the sensor, impedence is within specs, and all factory test say it is fine. Car runs an AEM so no MILs available...
Now, when cranking, it will fire a few cylinders randomly every few seconds but will NOT start. This behavior can be viewed when sticking a plug in the coil and grounding it to the intake manifold as well. Think it's the sensor???
