Intermittent vibration from rear right wheel?

Intermittent vibration from rear right wheel?
I am getting a vibration at low speeds from the rear right wheel.
Does not change, clutch in/out, different gears, going over bumps...
Cruising at 5-20mph, its a vibration that comes in relation to rotation of the wheel. Its like driving over a rumble strip sound except not nearly as intense and does not shake the car or anything... just the sound is exactly the same...
What could this be?!?
