internal diff housing marks

Sounds all very promising.

Its a custom set from gemini transmissions, 4.55 ratio.

Would it be set to same tolerances as the oem ratio, inc backlash etc?

It should but, with aftermarket gears anything can happen....good luck, you are welcome to PM me for tech help with the install when the time comes.

i'm 'hopefully' making it better with a 4.55 Ratio... fingers crossed.

You'll like the 4.55 ratio.
IMO that ratio works very well and it should have been the OEM ratio for an F20C2 & AP1 gearbox car.
Maybe the best combo is a F20C2 with an AP2/F22 gearbox and a 4.44 rear.
What's the pinion / ring tooth count?
