ISB replacement
Hey guys I'm about to do my first input shaft bearing and oil seal. I've searched multiple threads of forums for a walk through, or a step by step process, but can't seem to find anything good. I'm fairly mechanical minded, do my own head gaskets and engine swaps, but never pulled apart a transmission. What I've read, this job doesn't sound too hard, but I was wondering if someone experienced would mind writing a quick run down of the steps involved, crucial things I should be watching out for, or any tips that may make the job easier?

Thanks in advance guys

P.S.
I just replaced the rear main seal. Nothing is wrong with the trans, it's just that a new bearing came in a kit with my rear main seal and I thought I would place it while the trans is off. What do you guys think, replace it while trans is out, or if it isn't broken don't fix it?
