Default Issue with passenger side window

Hey guys,

Recently I've started having a problem with my passenger side window.. Started happening a little after I reinstalled my door panels.

What I did:

installed the door panels ( the windows were working properly at this point, but passenger window stopped working after 20 minutes)
Hooked up all the switch connectors on both doors
Lock button is good, and in the right position. (I know this is the first thing people overlook and the easiest)
When I try to use the driver side switch to roll down passenger window, there is a clicking sound underneath the passenger side dash (soft top control module, I'm guessing)
When I try to use the passenger side switch to roll the passenger window down, it doesn't click and pretty much nothing happens.
Removed my hardtop, and put the soft top up.
When I put the soft top down, the window went down with it
I then put the ignition key to the ON position,, and the window came up by itself

The only time it went down was when I used the soft top button. All other switches don't work, but driver window is good.

It's really weird to me, because I thought it was the soft top module, but it seems to work because the top went up and down.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated
