Issues with cruise control
The service manual is going to be your friend on this one. Look in the electrical section, there is a dedicated section on cruise control. Wiring diagrams, troubleshooting tips, fuse identification, the whole enchalada.

I'm guessing @Juniorbr19 solved his problem even though he didn't bother to let us know back in 2013 and hasn't been on here since 2016... 
Replacing all three (3) of the little nylon "buttons," which are common Honda parts, is good preventive maintenance on a 22 year old car and may even fix the disabled cruise control which will not activate if the car thinks the clutch or brake pedals are depressed. Getting under the dash and replacing them is the easy part the hard part is getting out again!
