Default J's header problem

I own an '07 ap1 facelift and I have installed my J's header and it is amazing, but i have encountered a problem! My steering rack rattles against the header when i start the car and my whole steering wheel shakes. When i turn out my drive way i can feel it rattling and touching but sometime when i have driven for a bit, it goes away. Closer look at it, it has definately scratched the column. Has anyone experienced this? any suggestions on what to do?

This may or may not be helpful but, i live in australia and our cars are RHD, purchased PLM headers which are kinda a replica of the j's racing one and it was a @#@$! to fit not because its a replica, because its meant for LHD cars. I eventually got it to fit although mine does not rub on anything, but yeah it was a struggle. Not sure if the j's are for both LHD and RHD?

J's is jdm and here in S.A we have RHD so I don't see that being an issue. Really don't wanna hammer my header

I had the same problem. Just flatten the pipe by about 3mm with a mallet and it will be fine
