Default J's racing 70 RS whistling/ringing,is that normal?

My exhaust (maybe) is making a weird sound. It sounds like the car is charged or something like that in person.
Is that normal?Any info/input will be appreciated.
Here's a video

You can hear it clearly at 0.08 and 0.12 while accelerating and when leaving the throttle.

There is probably a pin hole leak somewhere.

Gatdamn, that sounds amazing though.

Is there an easy way to find if there is a hole somewhere, except inspecting the exhaust with a magnifying glass??
Could a little hole affect the power?

Plug the tailpipe with a rag or something and check for leaks under the car while it idles.

The whistling in 0.13 when i leave the gas pedal could be caused by a hole?Sounds like it's sucking the gas fumes back!
Also a couple days ago i noticed that after a fast session i left the car for 10 minutes and when i tried to start it again it fired up with the third try and when it started the rpms for a second dropped to 150rpms and they gradually reached 900rpms.What could cause this?Is something related with the single exhaust and commpression maybe?I also have a j's racing tsuchinoko intake if that helps.

Definitely a leak somewhere. Did you just install the exhaust? Is the sound present when in neutral and revving the motor? Or is it only present under load?

Do what flanders said and stuff a rag in the tail pipe and go hunting for leaks.

It's also audible when revving the motor in neutral and above 7500 rpm, that's why i thought it would be the exhaust.Could it be caused by something broken in the exhaust? If i put a rag in the exhaust, could it cause any harm to the engine?

It'll be ok. Might chug a little bit though because of the increase in back pressure. You might even be able to find the leak without stuffing the rag in there. Just put the car on jackstands, but it in neutral and let it idle. Have a friend rev it up while you feel around the flanges and welds.
