Smile JDM Block with all the rest USDM

Initial Disclosure: Apologies in advance, I really tried to contact about 10 members who mentioned they did this "JDM block with USDM harness + ECU + vtec solenoid oil pressure sensor" but nobody replied (basically no longer in the forum). Please don't crucify me for asking this... AGAIN. It's really not properly documented in the forum, I really searched for days on this

Hi Experts,
Could somebody confirm the following?: "A JDM F20C block can be used without any problem with a USDM F20C1 harness + USDM F20C1 ECU + USDM F20C1 Oil Pressure sensor installed in the vtec solenoid".. According to my research the answer is YES but i'm not fully clear about this and I failed in getting confirmation from members who did JDM swap.

My big questions are:
- What about the AFR when using a JDM block that generate more compression on the pistons? Is the USDM ECU capable to compensate/adjust AFR?
- I read about a second knock sensor in JDM. Is that correct? Just leave it there unplugged and all should be fine, right?
- Any other feedback? Just want to put a fresh JDM block and use my USDM accesories, harness, ECU,etc. A clean swap just changing the block and keeping all the rest.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

It will work, but you will likely get a CEL for recurring lean condition.

Lean code is also common on AP1 with a 2.2L swap.

Curious if this is a merely lean code or an actual lean condition.
