Nope. The engine is still pulling pretty strong.

Unless they are abnormally high or low there is nothing to be worried about. As long as they are within 7ish% of each other you are good to go. EVERY SINGLE compression tester will read different results. If you are still worried take a "wet" compression test. Drip a couple of drops of oil down into each combustion chamber than re-take it and let us know what hapens.

Oh...right! I guy at work had suggested that to me a while back. If the compression increases after a few drops of oil, doesn't that mean that their is a valve seal issue?

Last measurement on mine last year was 225-230 across the board.

Try to measure with a different gauge...perhaps the one you have is defective or not calibrated
Simply because the readings were so low. I'll have the test done with another gauge.
