Have you jacked up the entire car and looked underneath to see if you could find anything that would be causing this noise?

after tightening the single nut on top of the assembly, the noise disappeared.

my question now is, at recommended settings, the car is too bouncy. or stiff, does anyone that has this setup experience this? i have it set to

front - rebound 2 turns out, bump .75 turns out
rear - rebound 2 1/2 turns out, bump .75 turns out

the rear driverside is really hard to adjust =\

Adjust your bump to 1.5 turns. It will ride much much more smoothly.

1.5 wasn't maxed for me but it may be close I don't know. Your ride will feel much better though I can tell you that. I just turned the dial out 1/4 turnx6

What did you set your rebound and bump to? The car should definitely feel softer than stock.
