Yeah, I did the metal tube in the filter trick about a year and a half ago when I first got the filter - I was not impressed.

That it works? That it's easy to do? That you dont need a GB to get it and its readily avail?

Or did you have performance issues? I definitely can appreciate an improvement in overall acceleration and performance since the change. Are you saying that JR filter gives better, is there hard evidence to support this?

I would actually like to know. 'splain it to me.
