I just ordered a K&N FIPK from hopup racing. it said it was for 2000 - 2004. I emailed them and asked them if it'll fit my 05 and I didn't get a response quick enough. I was impatient and ordered anyway assuming it will. I just received a response and they said it would not. But 2004 is an AP2. If their website is incorrect, then I'm not that confident that they know the difference. Anyone know if this intake will fit both?

don't worry. it'll fit. you are correct. the 04 is an ap2 just like your 05.

 

Those people who read and answer your email enquiries wouldn't know the color of their own underwear unless they unzipped their pants and took a close look. They look at their listings and if they don't see a product for an '05, it won't fit. They're like little robots who don't have the ability to search for the real answer.

fits just fine
