Default Latch broke on left side of convertible top

I was wondering if I just need to screw (Philips right?) those two screws off and replace the old latch with a new one.

Is there any special procedures or bolts I need to know about.

Freaking Honda wants to charge $99 for just to look at it and to tell me how much it will cost to fix it.
