Default Leak from underside of shift boot

Recently while changing out my exhaust I noticed a leak coming from the underside of my car where the transmission enters into the car. I cannot seem to find anything about this specific leak. If there is already a thread for this please redirect me, thanks.
Here are some photos.

Looks like a rear seal and driveshaft is flinging it. There shouldn't be anything to leak from above other then grease.

looks like grease from the cv joint on the driveshaft is being flung. When that happens it forms that pattern on the chassis.
