Default My AP1 is out of service help needed!

Going to breakdown everything about the car. 2003 with 94k on her. It has a Weapon R intake (trash?) and Nitro Racing spark plugs according to the decal under the hood(trash again?) Car has "misfire on all cylinders code" the CEL is on. I've still been driving the car the last few days. Today I was out visiting a friends house and on the way back home the Maintenance Required light came on and stayed on for the whole 20 mile ride back home. I drove her easy shifting at 3k, I notice the rpms are slower to climb up compared to before when it loves to raise quickly. I already have a TCT from Ballade on the way. I know that doesn't have anything to do with the CEL but its something I'll be getting out of the way regardless. I didn't hear any odd noises on the ride back, what could it be? I am not driving her anymore. Going to do whatever it takes in order to get her running great again. Will replace spark plugs with OEM recommended NGK 7772 plugs ASAP. Much appreciated for the help everyone

EDIT: I found out what the Maintenance Required light is for. I changed my oil a few days back, will reset the Maintenance light on the cluster with the car off. Now to get this damn CEL to go away...
