This is 1 possible leak location for water to get in the trunk. It's not a fix for all water leaks.

naval jelly is also good for removing rust... i think the hardware store carries it. they use it on ships to combat rust.

I pulled my plugs out the bottom and installed two tire stems with the cores removed. It let's water out, and prevents splash from getting in. It's a temp fix that has worked well.

I got an used 2007 and this owner has a custom sound system in the trunk and he also put a lot of dynamat. as i removed the carpet linening and the dynamat i saw a hole. I guess they removed the trunk vent and as i wash the car the water get in there. Does anyone know if i could re-order it at the dealer or not ? Part number would be appreciated. I called the dealer today and they don't know what i'm talking about and they called something air outlet i'm not sure if that the same thing with what you guys talk about here. Thanks in advance

I believe it's #26 on this diagram:
Honda Automotive Parts
According to San Leandro Honda's page, the part number is:
75450-SR3-000

Thanks for the Part #. How come the dealer charged me $17.74 for the part? since on this honda automotive part only cost $8.67. what a ripoff. Thanks again

They charged you full retail price. The site linked to is discounted. You would have had to pay shipping from them so no big deal.
