A couple of months ago I bought my AP1 from a guy who had already installed some aftermarket springs. They guy told me he can't remember the brand but that he's almost sure they're Eibach springs. I have always noticed that my AP1 sits extremely low even compared to other s2k's I've seen on the street. I took the springs out and looked for any markings or brand names and there are none. The springs are all red and are a little bit shorter than the stock springs but I'm sure they lower the car more than 1" front and back. Does anyone know which spring this is? I had problems mounting a set of 17" Work Emotion wheels and I had to replace the aftermarket suspension with the stock springs. My car wasn't rubbing, it was resting on the rear tires. Any help is appreciated.

 

My old B&M springs on my old civic were red.
They were sweet, car sat low and was very tight with no silly bounce the way I've been seeing with a lot of cheaper brands.

 

I would have to guess Skunk 2. They are red and provide a 2" drop. Also (from past experience on another vehicle), I know they sag a lot and the logo is painted on and wears off relatively fast.

 

H&R Sports are red too...

 

All I can say is they're not Eibachs. Eibachs are black.
