Default a little help please (leaning out)

Alright so since I have owned the car every once in a while I would here a click in the engine bay very similar to the a.c. compressor. Whenever this click would occur the car lost a significant amount of power down low. I assumed it was the a.c. until it started happening with the a.c. off. I have the air pump cel and that's it.

I installed an aem wideband and noticed that whenever this click would happen it would peg 18 a/f until it either a.) Shuts off alone after around 10 seconds or b.) I give it wot really fast and it goes away. Now with the gauge I'm noticing this happens a lot at idle too.. it will float around 14.5-15 and after this click it will peg 18+.. the car is 100 % stock and it bothers me because sometimes I'm trying to turn and ill stall in the middle of an intersection. Has been progressively getting worse.

This loss of power isn't like a 10-15 HP loss. I'm talking about I have to give around 40 percent throttle to not turn off in the middle of a turn I can here the car miss firing when this happens and at idle it drops like 2-300 rpm. It only happens when taking off or at idle. Never while cruising
