I just got done completing a headgasket, and I put everything back together, started my engine up and it ran great. I have this Loud ass Clacking noise coming from the valvetrain, I have pulled the valve cover to check the Valve adjustments and they are in spec. while in there I noticed that on th #4 exhaust side the middle rocker? Vtec rocker? bounces up and down by just pushing my finger against it.

All of the others are rather hard to push down, so this leads me to suspect that this is what id causing the noise.

My question is, do these LMS's go bad? the spring is in there I double checked..... so the noise I am hearing must be the rocker hitting the top of the retainer/spring.



help me out guys any input would be nice!
