Default Looking for some help with engine noise

Hello,

After some talk with Billman250, I wanted to get everyone's opinion on some noise coming from my car. It had a Ballade Sports TCT installed on it when I got it and it makes some noise that I am not 100% sure is normal or not. I figured this talented group of S2K owners could chime in and perhaps help me figure out what is going on?

Car background:
2003 Honda S2000
190k miles
Original chain
Ballade Sports TCT
Never tuned (OEM ECU)

I am posting a link to the video here:

Thanks so much to any and all who chime in. Love this car and want to make sure it gets the care and attention it deserves now that it is mine!

Sounds like chain and sprocket damage, what tensioner is in there currently?

Currently has the Ballade Sports timing chain tensioner installed. Since it came on the car, I don't have any other unit yet.

Took the car in for official diagnosis. The local dealer beieves the issue to be as simple as switching the tensioner and adjusting the valves, which seems like a pretty different diagnosis from a worn out cam sprocket and chain guides...

I am good with either amount of work at this point. I just want to ensure that this thing will go another 100K!

Well, upon the recommendation of the dealer, I purchased a new drive belt and drive belt tensioner. Sure enough, my tractor noise is gone!

That's what my car sounded like but quieter, currently going through a timing chain install.
