Default Loose steering

I drove a friend's 2000 S2000 with 20k miles. It has a tighter steering feedback than my car of the same year with only 15k miles. It has alot better feedback while turning. Are there any suggestions about why my steering is looser? And are there any suggestions about what I could do to tighten it up? The other car is completely stock with the same tires that I am running - S02's. I have a 2000 S2000 with Comptech strut tower brace, Comptech S/C, Mugen exhaust, and Mugen thermostat. The rest of my car is stock. Thanks.

I was thinking along the same line and had a four wheel alignment done recently. But I do need to compare tire pressures. I try to keep mine at 32 psi. Thanks. Any other thoughts?

Thanks ... I'll try 34 in the rear. What are the best bets for improving the suspension from stock - xbrace, new antiroll bars, ...?

This just means it's (maybe) more likely to be alignment. An old piece of advice is: When something's broken, always check the last thing you fixed. .... or is that measure twice, cut once...

I'd have the alignment checked again.

with OEM s02's (not the pole positions), given that you *might* have them on the car still after 15k miles, run them at 36#'s cold. That's what I did and they work great on the track and on the street. 32#'s causes a bit more rollover on the sidewalls than I prefer.

Alignment - I just had mine redone, and needless to say, the guy really screwed up the rear the last time - this time I was sure that it was done correctly and of course to my specifications.

What did you have your alignment set to?
