Could be a burnt valve that the 06+ DBW are known for. I've seen and repaired a number of them now.... even with that low of milage.

Thanks Eluded but im in big trouble i think. Lol
Update
First of all, did leakdown test last night.
#2. 3.4. Cylinders were ok. No air leaking. But when i put the air to #1 cylinder, i saw the air coming out from oil deep stick, header, and exhaust pipe.
So f@#ked up. Followed the every steps what manual says
Except one thing that i didn warm up the engine at all.
Before i did the test i thought at least the block was ok.
Plz help me s2ki.

First....make sure cylinder 1 was at TDC of the firing stroke.

Next, check your valve adjustment. If you find a tight exhaust valve, you can say 100% that the valve burnt due to insufficient clearance.

ALL 06-09 S2000s should be checked at 15k miles on the odometer, then 50k intervals thereafter.

Thanks Billman.
I ll try again as you told me.
but i have one more quick question

Is it possible to put ap1 head on my ap2 block?
Cuz my friend has a spare ap1 head. And i just wanna put this head rather than rebiild mine.
Some say it is possible to put ap1 head on ap2 block without any extra work but some say it wont fit on DBW harness.

Yes it is possible, there really are no differences in the heads with the exception of the AP1 head having ports for the Secondary Air Injection system, but the DBW intake manifold will block off that port without issue. The only other difference is the valve retainers (either use your current AP2 retainers and keepers on the AP1 head or buy new AP2 retainers and keepers for the AP1 head. Also, use your cam towers, rockers/rollers, cams, and caps from your AP2 head. This will just keep everything up there at an even level of wear.

The benefit to rebuilding your current head (which would be what I would do), is that you'll be keeping the motor VIN matching to the car which will help retain value. Any time an engine is replaced or mismatching, the value of the vehicle will go down, regardless of what was done.

If you're semi local or feel like shipping me your head, I can definitely rebuild it for you. Just let me know.
