Default Low on coolant

I just realized my coolant level is VERY low on the resevoir.

I purchased my s2k used and it now has 65k... So I doubt the radiator was ever flushed. I read that your coolant is good for 10 years/ 100k. So for now, I'd like to only fill it up.

My question is what coolant should I use to refill?

Is there any problems running on low until I can do a full coolant flush?

The MY 2000 cars did not have extended life coolant... it needs to be flushed.

Thomas, Depending on if it has been flushed or not, it might not have the proper mix. If the previous owner just added water, the water will evaporate over time. Just do it right this time and flush the whole system out with good stuff and a proper mix!
