After talking to Paxton they could "neither confirm nor deny" that I would be ok with this set-up, BUT I did get plenty of information from them including the "fudge factor" at the max RPM impeller speed.

The current set up is going to be fine. Without saying it...they said it.

If I wanted to push it anymore I'd have to move up to the Novi2000, but then lose some of the responsiveness. Which is why we chose the smaller unit, as this will double as a road racing (track) car and a niiiiice linear power curve is a must.

I'm much more worried about the rear end taking a poop on the pavement like a nervous parade-horse than I am the Novi grenading.

bac to my case for 300 WHP is worth dorping the compression and increase to 11 psi the boost or stay with stock compression and 6 psi?

I will stick with the greddy in both case because nobody can tune here the AEM EMS nad the greddy can be tune by myself

9:1 at 11 psi will make more power than 11:1 at 6 psi. In addition at 9:1 you can run alot more boost than 11 psi. Get the EMS, and I will fly to Spain and tune it, provided that you buy me a ticket.

A lowered compression will make tuning slightly easier for the same amount of boost.
Howerver, lowering the compression will cost a lot to do it properly. You still will need to find a good tuner Juan with this route.

With more power you will have to worry about new gearbox, diffs etc

IMHO Just wind up to the max boost you can get out of stock compression with a safe tune and enjoy the car. Worry about this later if the engine stuff up like mine.

If you can't beat the local skylines (like me)/porsches then join them or throw the s2k engine in this

or may be this hmmmmm

what if I go for the 8lb of boost... without lowering the compression... other than the A/F tunning, what else i need to be careful with to make it safe and reliable?
