Default Main bearing dimension?

I bought std size main bearings but when installed there was visible gap between crank and bearing. The crankshaft is std size l believe it to be 2.165 in. Any case it has been polished and was confirmed to be std. The bearing that was removed is 0.98 and the std size I bought is approx half that thickness. Don't remember exactly. These measurements were taken with a caliper and not with a mic. The block measurement opening is 2.395 . I think that the block might have been line bored. I have not been able to find the stock bore for the mains. How can I and where can I order bearings. All the over size bearings are for the crank being turned down not the block being bored out. Any suggestions? This is a Jdm engine that had some copper in oil after about 2000 miles. Thanks in advance.
