Maybe, a parasitic draw?

I had a similar sounding problem for months, although occasionally mine would die whilst I was driving it - turned out my dodgy Honda UK alarm was pulling the switched live to the main relay low and then occasionally low enough to actually disconnect the main relay whilst driving. Although it would usually let me run the starter motor (but the ECU was powered down so it wouldn't start)

Main relay?

There's constant battery draw on modern cars including the S2000. Else the radio memory would not work and the key fob would not lock or unlock the doors. Same for OEM and aftermarket alarms. 6-days to battery death is not normal. Car battery is not a deep cycle type and only a couple of complete discharges below (say) 10 volts will damage it to the point it will not recover.

Have your battery tested and see if you can find how much of a parasitic draw you have. There will be some.

Nice! What was the parasitic draw?

I believe 0.03 (30mA) is within normal operating limits.

Good job!
