In my opinion I would take measurements of the crank and rods to make sure there was no damage done. Honda has the different sizes (color) bearings and you should be able to find the correct bearings with the measurements.
good luck

no damage is done, just thought since i'm pulling the engine down i would change the bearings. Just need to know what numbers or letters i need for the color. on the bearings they have D1D A. is A the color?
For the bearing codes your going to want to look on the side of the crank webbing.
The code will have four letters and five numbers underneath.
The letters are the connecting rod bearing codes.
The numbers will be the main bearing codes.
Edit : Your also going to want to know the big end bore codes for the connecting rods your using. (oem rods will have this code half on the rod and half on the caps)

If you want the connecting rod bearing colors you will need to get the numbers off of the connecting rods (big end bore).
The main bearings (with the codes you gave) are as follows :
Journal #1 = green/brown
Journal #2 = green/brown
Journal #3 = green/brown
Journal #4 = brown
Journal #5 = green/brown
As far as costs go ... your going to have to find a dealer and get a quote.
