What kind of maintanence is required for the honda s2000. I say this cause my mant req light is on at 19700 miles and I dont want to disregard it. So what kind of up keep should be preformed and at what mileage.

 

For this MIL

Oil & Filter

Front and rear brake inspection
-Pads and discs for wear ,thickness and cracks
-Calipers for damage leaks and tightness of mounting bolts

Tire inflation & condition

Tie rod ends, steering gearbox and boots
-Check rack grease and steering linkage
-Check boots for damage and leaking grease

Suspension comps.
-bolts tight
-ball joint boots

Driveshaft boots
-wear

When done to reset Maintenance indicator light (MIL)
-Push and hold trip button
-Turn ignition switch on
-Hold the trip button for 10+ seconds
