Default Maintenance Help!

Hey guys! I am trying to figure what potential maintenance i have to do to fix a whine-like noise. When i let off the gas and let the car decelerate i hear this particular noise. Almost sounds like the low hum of a cobalt ss supercharger. It has happened once or twice. I have no clue what could be causing this. Please help! Also, i recently did a spark plug change and oil. I noticed one of my spark plugs had specs of oil, not much but still it got my attention. Do i need to replace the tube seal? Valve cover gasket? As for the oil change, i checked the oil level and it was below the minimum reading. To my knowledge the car doesn't burn oil that drastically. I understand engaging in vtec will burn some oil. Would adjusting the valves fix this oil consumption?? Any advice would help, thanks!

The deceleration problem is most likely clutch buzz, it's a common problem and it's nothing to worry about lol.

Could be clutch buzz - for the noise at least.

As for your plugs, I would keep an eye on this new set of plugs to see if oil creeps in there again. As for you oil, even the AP1s don't burn that much oil over such a short period of time. They are known for burning oil, about 1 quart every 2-5k, depending on driving. You should check your oil at least once a week, preferably everytime you fill up on gas. A valve adjustment might help.

Thanks guys! Looks to be like the clutch will need to be replaced in the near future as well as cleaning and inspecting the throwout bearing. I will keep an eye on the oil level, tube seal will be replaced. Local honda tech said that my valves should be good for the mileage i am currently at.
