No its not my driving when I'm taking off from the line, Im already moving smoothly with my foot off the clutch and all of a sudden its as if there's no gas going to the engine even though I'm stepping on the gas peddle.

 

Then does your car kinda surge back and forth somewhat violently?

 

what about a dirty filter? I had a simulair problem till I changed my air filter.

 

not so much a violent surge.... but like said above, cruising it just kinda cuts out then comes back. its a surge but not violent...at least not yet.

 

Exactly. Cruising, picking up speed then cuts off as if no gas was going in. The filter is new and the car has been maintained to a Tee
