Default MAP Sensor Code Help

Ok, so i installed a VAFC, everything went fine, but soon after i started throwing Low Voltage to MAP Sensor codes. Nothing big, it would just cause erratic idle, and not allow me to drive, so id have to pull over, turn the car off and back in and it'd be fine.

The guy who installed my VAFC is a friend of mine, been working on hondas for years. The first guy in town with Accord H Swaps and all that crazy stuff, but anyway. I took it to his house and he checked all the ECU wires, nothing was missing, everything fine, so he switched out my MAP sensor with a Euro R (H22A) MAP sensor and told me to drive and see if it threw a code again.

My question is, is it gonna screw anything up to run this MAP sensor? I dont want anything to blow up randomly, id be rather sad. Should i keep this on? Or re-install the S2000 one? Im so confused, any info would help greatly.

I assume the car was running fine before the VAFC? And then, once the VAFC was on, it started to act up? Not being an expert on VAFCs or anything like that, my logic would make me want to ask WHY start playing around with other stuff like the MAP sensor when it would be more sensible to target the VAFC and its installation with having created a problem? He adapted the car (change to a different MAP) to make the VAFC work. Shouldn't it be the other way around?
This is the very same thing that happens when some Comptech superchargers get installed. It throws a MAP code. MAP sensors get changed and the problem comes back. It was NEVER the MAP sensor. It was the supercharger or the way it was installed in each and every case.

he checked the wires and said everything was good...should i take it somewhere else and ask them if they can look? i mean if nothing else i can take the VAFC out and sell it...but i'd rather try another way if i can help it

Either the wiring conections aren't as good as he thinks, or the VAFC's settings are causing the DTC.

The wiring from the VAFC infiltrates the wiring to the ECU. Having it "zeroed" means nothing if the connections are wrong or bad.
