every time in the moring to go out to my car to warm it up cel light come on wait about 10 min or so and drive off it would not me past 3000 rpm and i reset the pcm and everything is find

i go to auto zone pull the code (i forgot the code ) it say something like bad pcm and aux output

Why would you do this? The ECU is trying to tell you something. It trying to tell you that something is wrong and to use the information it gives you to begin a diagnosis that will eventually lead to fixing it. Resetting the ECU and erasing the code does nothing to help you resolve this situation.

That is the one thing that would help a third party to begin to figure out what's going on. I guess you had best write down the code and leave the CEL alone next time till this gets fixed.

"Something" isn't much to go on. I have found no code that says anything about "aux output".
