Go with the Blox CEL fix. I've got an 06 and after around 4k miles, I still have no CEL with my TP. I don't know what the big difference is, but whatever they did, it works well.

MY06+ are kinda funky with the TP CEL. Sometimes the mechanical o2 fix doesn't work...sometimes it does.

For an MY03...I'd give the spark plug anti-foulers a try since they are 1/4 the price of the Blox. If it doesn't work then you can pick up the Blox and not be out all that much money.

I tried the 2 spark plug defouler trick with no luck on my08. I have the Berk ceramic coated header and Berk SS HFC.

This trick works great. I have been using this on my06 with 70mm invidia for over 10000 miles no cel no problems. Works on any car with heated downstream 02's. Have used a version of this on three different mustangs and one civic as well with good results.

Going to throw my input in here. I put a full exhaust system on my 2002 AP1 at the beginning of the year (header, test pipe, & catback) and I put the 2 defoulers on the test pipe and it worked like a charm.

Fast forward to now. The AP1 is gone and I'm now in a 2006 AP2. I saved the exhaust system from the AP1 and it's now on my AP2 and I got a CEL after a day of driving or so. A local friend has the exact same exhaust setup on his 2005 with the 2 defoulers and he doesn't have a CEL issue.

I've read a good bit and saw the 3 and 4 defouler trick work and not work. I've also read about the steel wool trick work and not work. I'm thinking about just ditching the test pipe and getting a Berk High Flow Cat. Thoughts?

Just my $0.02.

Ditch the testpipe! I tried it all.... steel wool 4 ant-foulers, 3 of which from autozone and 1 from T1r. Nothing works for 06+. Some of them work but majority is so stubborn.
