anyone evr had an O2 Sensor blow out on their test pipe?? My car is basically stock with an AEM CAI and a test pipe, no FI. Driving today on the highway, did not hit anything in the road and the flange and that the o2 sensor screws into blew out completely, the weld did not fail but the metal around where the flange is welded gave out. I have put roughly 2500 miles on the car since install
