i did an oil change and did the little trick to get the maint. required light off. well i did that and my mileage all of a sudden went from 59,XXX to 37,XXX i drove it around all day like that. Now this seemed right to me b/c i bought the car w/ 33k on it and left it w/ my mother in law until i could get it shipped to me in germany(big mistake) i picked it up at the port and it said 59k miles. anyways i drove it home wondering how the hell my mother in law put over 20k miles in less then 6months. Anyways when it went back to 37k i immediatly toke back everything bad i said about her and went on my way. Well now when i start it up its back to 59k miles.. Whats up? did she really put over 20k on my car or am i doing something wrong..?

 

are you sure it's not on kph....?

 

its probably on km/h

just switch it on your gauge cluster hold down the km/h mph button for a few second and it will switch back
