We put a lot of miles on our stock '06. I can get 300 to 350 per tank, but I do run my tank down to m/t. I put 11 to 13 gal. in almost every time I fill up and I run taller tires than stock(235/45-17 F 245/45-17 R) so I add 4% to the miles shown on the odometer.

I was getting about 280 on a full tank, then I got a Billman valve job and took off my CAT and it went up to 310...

18-19mpg in town only. 3/4 throttle to 4/4 throttle in every gear 2/4 of the time. Pinning the throttle below 3000 rpm doesn't do anything speed wise but reduce mileage. and it sounds great with the air box cover off. VTEC for every underpass/tunnel of course. Chevron 92 octane ethanol fuel.

Daily driver (stock), 7 mile commute, all city, Shell V-Power only. I get about 210-220 for a full tank which is 10.5 gallons. And I drive like an old Asian lady too keeping the RPM below 3500. I wish I got anywhere close to 250 per tank.
