Default MISFIRE CODE !

Here's my issue : CEL will come on when I start up SOMETIMES. Car IS misfiring when I get out and listen to the exhaust. When the AIRPUMP turns off, seems like misfire goes away. NEXT ISSUE: Sometimes, and I mean SOMETIMES, after I clear the codes (I have my own scanner), the idle will immediatly drop to like 200
RPM and it will almost die. It has died once. After I drive from Concord to Hayward to work, it doesnt do it. I believe the ECU is relearning after I clear the codes.
BUT, it will SOMETIMES idle low days after I've cleared it. NEXT: A few months ago when I was pulling into my apartment complex at low rpm in first gear, the car started to LUNGE back and forth, like I was on and off the gas. Wondering if these 2 issues are related. I read that a bad map sensor has caused the lunging on some of your cars. I changed the spark plugs to BOSCH +4. Seemed to help for about a week, no CEL, then it came back. I had my clutch replaced @ Walnut Creek Honda, and the CEL issue started about a week after that. I read a TSB regarding TECHS accidentally getting the 2 o2 sensors backwards when reinstalling.
I'm pretty sure that would cause either A: an o2 sensor fault, or B: a cat fault. CEL codes are all the nice misfire faults only. I really dont think its that. I havent had a chance to take it back to them. I run the WHEELWORKS store in Hayward, so I racked it up and checked to make sure no wires were pinched in the bellhousing.
Vehicle is MY 2001. Car runs like a champ off idle. ANY IDEAS?

The car lunging back and forward, especially in low rpms, can be completely normal or just a sensor issue. If you can'te recreate it, shouldn't be too worried about it. What kind of misfire codes have you been getting? Your car's symptoms sounds a lot like what I had before, the low rpms, misfire codes, but still runs like a champ and VTEC still kicks in. One thing is for sure though, do not get into VTEC until you diagnose and solve the problem. Matter fact, you really should avoid driving it altogether. So after doing a compression test, found out none of my cylinders were holding proper pressure--blah blah--> bent valves.
Hopefully this isn't your case, but a compression test doesn't cost too much and could rule out the most costly reasons.
Btw, how do you have a 00 sebring?
Anyway, gl.

2001 Silverstone (The darker Grey). Cant help but drive it to work, my only car....I;m reading some good stuff on the SEARCH. Sounds like a MAP sensor issue..I'm Gonna tap the crap out of it tommorrow..Did you mean "1" of your cylinders was bad or "none"?. I was a Journeyman Technician for Land Rover for 9 years, and a bent valve I think I'd notice. But I have a compression guage in my closet and ill try that. I've Vtec'd the hell out of it with no issues...(Love that sound going throught the Caldecot Tunnel, cant help it

1.) Clearing a DTC/code with a scanner does not require the ECU to re-learn.
2.) A Flashing/blinking CEL means do not drive the car.
3.) Get OEM NGK's and get the Bosch's out.
4.) The MAP sensor issue is described as "Intermittent hesitation during HARD acceleration". Is that what your car is doing?
I have read some people say MAP sensor issue can effect the idle, not Honda.
All I know, good luck.
EDIT:
5.) Post DTC's.
