Default Mods During Cluth/Trany TSB

Isn't there a mod you can do while getting the clutch TSB done? I seem to remember some folks posting about about one, saying it was a good timeto do it since the service guys were "already there" ie. saving money on labor. Any suggestions.

That's when you can have a light weight flywheel or aftermarket clutch put in at little or no labor expense.

any recs, regarding which to do, if you had to choose? ie. Flywheel vs clutch?
