Default Motor Help!

Alright, so I've been looking to buy an S2000 for a while and I finally found one for a really good deal, but there's a slight problem. It's got 161,000 miles on it and that's a lot for me. I was thinking about rebuilding it but I'm not sure how. I don't want to ruin her. I was looking at a few stroker kits but I really wanna keep that high red line and awesome reliability. Is there any good forged internal replacements, or should I go get some straight from Honda. I do also plan on some autocross and fun, if that makes a difference. But I'd like some expert input. I'm looking to spend less than $4000, oh and its an AP1 (2001). Thanks for the help.

You can get a low mile engine for that much money. I say just drive it man. Keep up the maintenance and you'll be fine. You know the old saying of if it's not broke don't fix it?

if i was you i would try to find me a nice low milage JDM engine. I know they are hard to come by but there is always one or two if you look around. Plus the JDM F20c has about 250HP instead of 237HP!!!
