As Mike Holmes would say.. silicone sealant is cheap, so use a lot of it.

Yes sir I do. Either the just the diffuser or opening the headlight, doing the diffuser, and resealing. This is the best time if the year as the humidity levels (the main cause of condensation in headlights) is at its lowest.
