Default Multiple Cylinder Misfire and Freeze Frame Data

I have P300 which is multiple misfire

and 302-304 which is cylinders 2-4 misfire. I think I'm going to try a valve adjustment next. I do notice my dash flicker sometimes. I'm looking at my freeze frame data for fuel trim and I'm not sure how to interpret it.

Dash flickering could be alternator issues. I'd check that out as well as your valve adjustment.

Was all this info showing on your cell phone in real time while driving? do you have a DBW S2K? Is it possible to get this info off the cable throttle AP1 without an OBDII port?

Dash flickering could be the alternator going out yes but its worth checking the condition of your negative battery terminal, the one that goes to the chassis itself, the short cable. If corroded or damaged in any way it will cause shorting in the circuit. Best to change it in that case.

No. From my understanding, when the CEL goes off the ECU saves a screen shot of all this data. I used the torque pro app to retrieve the freeze frame data after from my AP1.

I see. Do you have an OBDII port or do you have that proprietary Honda port?

Misfire can be:
-Fuel
-Spark

Check the easy stuff first:
- Sparks
- Coils
- Compression check
- Alternator/battery terminals.
