Questions from the "question guy":

What is the actual stroke you are using?

I'm assuming the bore at 89mm or is it larger?

Who makes the rods?

What is the weight and manufacturer of those pretty pistons?

Looking forward to your progress.

I'd love to hear why you guys remove them

Answer the oiljet bolt question please. I would like to know IF it is an option, or just that the piston won't clear with out them removed.

So let me get this straight...13:1 compression, no oil jet bolts, and daily driven with warranty? With 100 octane hitting close to $6/gallon, that is an expensive and hopefully reliable commuter car you own.

Looks like 90mm bore with 99mm stroke.

I would like to see a running car with some miles on it. And I don't mean a 10 sec 1/4 mile.

With a very very good combustion chamber and proper cams, 13:1 should be possible on 93 octane. Definitely interested to see how this works out for you. Good luck!

Holy crap the amount of metal between chambers is looking really thin......

I hope your project is a success.

no oil jets.

None of Jeremy's race motors use oil jets. Our race motor that made 800whp in the integra and won nopi, set nopi's record, did not usre oil jets. The motor lasted a year an a half without a true rebuild in the block.

Unless you plan on running a 24hour le mans series with your s2k, its not neccasary. Again, this is one of the things i know people will mention / "bash" about, but we believe in this kit, and thats why we are offering the 2 year warranty of it if we install it and tune it.

Please just stay tuned
I understand why not on a drag race motor. I think for a daily driver it is needed. Just my opinion though...

The arguement you make is for a race motor not needing jet bolts which is debateable. The packages you are advertising (11:1 and 13:1) are for street motors that will supposedly be daily driveable and reliable. Opposite ends of the spectrum.

If you can somehow make a 2.5L with the oiljet bolt, you may potentially have more interest.

Very Interesting, I will be eager to see what kinda power you put down. My goals where kinda of the same but in a little different form. Do you plan on running Itbs on this setup. Also what type of cam do you plan on running? From my experiance with high compression in these motors, Running 13.0:1 on pump gas could prolly be done but with a really limited amount of timing. That is why I chose to go with 12 to 1 compression and only a 2.1L motor ( 89MM bore). This way I can rev it upto 11,000 or so with some hot cams and with the itbs and race head will make power all the way till. Interesting to see how this will turn out. Maybe I will go with a stroker crank If I dont see the numbers Im hoping. I wana see some 300whp NA setups. If i cant do it, you better! Project sounds nice man.
