To get the cubic centimeter when the pistons is at the top, and then Jeremy uses that to calculate the compression to double check the specs so its exactly the way he wants it.

It's the ol' cumbustion chamber volume + headgasket volume minus the piston dome volume at TDC equals final volume. Initial volume BDC : final volume TDC gives the compression ratio i.e. 11:1. When they blueprint the engine these should end up being the same from cylinder to cylinder.

Ya, what did the CR turn out to be?

still haven't CC'd the head yet so, i'll get you a final CR soon!

But i'm sure it'll be 13:1 and yes its daily driven on pump gas...

Newbie question... why are the top decks of Inlinepro's and S2000NVegas different? Inline's has an open water jacket around the bores whereas Vegas has a closed deck with discrete water holes?

i chose this sleeve.

both work the same, no difference between the two. We had this block already sleeved, and i purchased it.

13 to 1 that is going to take good tuning.

ya.. good luck with the build, cant wait to see the #'s. you guys always make quality product! i will be making a trip to VA for a "saturday drive" when its finished. my turbo will be installed in a week and a half. ill email ya pics and #'s of the finishied product!!!!!!!1

the head is NOT fully assembled yet. Hope to have everything assembled soon.
