everytime i shift from 2nd to 3rd when im racing it grinds and to avoid you have to shift it carfully


does this mean my syncro is going out?
OR
do i not have enough tranny fluid in it? cause every gear is pretty rough its got 90k on it
now i have to buy a new tranny? .....



i hate salvage title cars but they are def worth a lot less.
if you have any ideas or anything let me know.
