My Baseline Dyno Run
Nice numbers, but how come video shows less HP, was this corrected for heat factor?I too think the '01 may have better ECU settings for more power, that is very typical of manufacturers that perfect things every year.

Nice runs bro...looke like you have about 7hp and 4tq max more than me...I have a 2001 w/ 2500 miles on it I got dyno 'ed this last weekend...but, it was also 110 degrees out here so I know that lowered mine a little!
I just installed my Supercharger yesterday and am now going back down to dynospot to check it out. I think i'm leaking a little boost, cause my friends gauge is only reading 5.5psi max, but we'll find out when i strap it on the dyno.
I have a stock 2001 with 950 miles. Dyno'ed the car this past weekend and below is the results (3 runs back to back):
about 85 degrees
used 3rd gear
197.0 HP, 132.2 ft-lbs
198.0 HP, 130.3 ft-lbs
197.8 HP, 130.0 ft-lbs
I was told that once the car is "really" broken in, say, at 10,000 miles, the HP would increase a bit.
I was also told that the numbers would've been higher with 4th gear.
When I told the guy to rev the engine to 9K RPM, he was a little hesitant to do so.

I am very happy w/ the results of today's dyno. I had to adjust the FPR 3 turns CW total to correct the initial lean runs. Not only did that correct the fuel problem, I gained 5 more hp. Comptech does not recommend adjusting them claiming they are flow tested on the bench. I agree with them, but they are probably referring to people who don't tune it on a dyno.
