Default Is my clutch fluid to low?

Is this the level the clutch fluid should be in the resevoir? or is this to low? For some reason it looks to low for me, but maybe it's how it should be? I've had the the car for 3 months and for some reason haven't paid attention to the fluids until now. It's only taken out on the weekends or a nice day out, so it sits in the garage for the most part. If it is to low, does Honda make OEM clutch fluid? Thanks for all the help!

You just washed the car... didn't you?

As long as the level doesn't drop its ok.

You can check for "leaks" at the master.
Follow the pushrod connected to the clutch pedal into the master.
Remove the carpet behind the clutch pedal to check for old leaks.
